State Nomination Pathway
State Nomination from South Australia provides you with 15 additional points to help you qualify for a subclass 491 visa under the Department of Home Affairs points test.
South Australia offers a state nomination pathway for the subclass 491 visa if you meet all state nomination requirements.
Minimum Requirement
Eight (8) years Experience : Applicant must have at least 8 years work experience in nominated field or in a closely related occupation.
Superior English Level : Unless you have an eligible passport from the United Kingdom, the United States of America, New Zealand, Ireland and Canada you must exhibit superior level in English language.
Eligible Score – 85 Points

Registration of Interest
For South Australian state nomination, prospective applicants must meet the Department of Home Affairs requirements, state-specific occupation requirements and have skills in an occupation that is available on Skilled Occupation List. Offshore applicants meeting the minimum published requirements can lodge a Registration of Interest (RoI) from 10am, ACST, Tuesday 2 November 2021.
