• Must have an approved sponsor and application must be lodged within six months of sponsorship approval.
• Sponsor must be the biological, adoptive, or step-parent of the sponsor, who must be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen.
• No family balance test require as we need in other Parent Visas.
• Cost: $ 5,000.00 for three visa, $ 10,000.00 for five years visa and $ 20,000.00 for ten years visa. There will be some other cost as well ( e.g. sponsorship approval and any other relevant cost ).
• No work rights on this visa
